after coming back to dA today I realised that the holidays are closer than they've seemed to me all year, hell even a day ago I was neglectful to the fact that they even existed. but today when I realised Christmas is just around the bend, I realised something. about devart I've never noticed before.. people begin to bombastically submit art as quickly as they can, or so it seems, and I find many of my favourite artists lacking in artistic skill because of the pace they're trying to produce at. So the time has come for things to get back in gear for me, my hard-drive is still dead in the water, but I've got my new camera battery and the switch fixed. I ran into my buddy the other day on top of my favourite ole place, that old ghetto'ed up bridge over the water. he was quite inquisitive about my macro lens so we traded my 60mm macro for his 10.5mm fisheye. sufficive to say we both walked away with some pretty intense shots, I've got a bunch of work I can submit at this point, but a bunch of it I'm not going to. I'm going to be updating with only my best pieces, hopefully I can draw in a little more attention to myself. In any case, I

all of my work is gone, I was living at a friend's house for a while, due to extreme circumstances at home, while I was there someone fried my external hard drive so all 10 gigs of NEW pictures are gone as well as close to 70 gigs in music, its just frustrating my work is gone AGAIN, that it was all pointless. Also, my camera battery is FRIED so I have 2200 dollars worth of camera and lenses sitting around doing dick all, the camera even has some REALLY good macro shots, like beyopnd my regular standard, and I can't put them on because my battery is deadddd, life's just really infuriating right now. ohh well I might just sell my camera and g
